Payment is by cleared funds, No later than 12 noon Thursday 18th August 2010.

Credit Card (subject to a 2.5% surcharge thereafter), Debit Card, CHAPS/Fast pay (Not Bacs).

Payment strictly by 12 noon Thursday 18th August 2010 or lots will be re-offered.

Please Note: No Lot of part lot may be cleared until full payment has been made.

Clearance

Friday 20th August from 10am-4pm

Monday 23rd August from 10am-4pm

Clearance will be under the strict supervision of the Auction staff, any person or persons found to be clearing goods without supervision will be asked to leave the premises. This is to safeguard all parties.

All lots are sold without any warranty or guarantee and where they lie, buyers are responsible for dismantling and removing lots purchased.

Buyers are responsible for any damage to the fabric of the building

A 15% buyers premium will apply

VAT at 17.5% will be added to the overall total.
