On Monday 23rd July Fellows’ Managing Director, Stephen Whittaker will be auctioning a pair of signed running boots and a training shirt owned by the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt.
Since 2008 one man has dominated sprinting like no other before him. Usain Bolt has broken 6 world records, beating the 100m and 200m records three and two times respectively, and with the help of his fellow Jamaican teammates, set a new world record in the 4x100m relay. In just four years, he has established himself as the greatest sprinter in history.
All proceeds will go towards supporting a life-changing opportunity for a student resident in Jamaica to study at the University of Birmingham, delivering a true Olympic legacy for the city and the Jamaican community.
If you would like to support a scholarship for a Jamaican resident, text BHAM15 followed by the amount you’d like to give (e.g. BHAM15 £10) to 70070.
Texts are free from all mobile networks and your donation will be charged to your mobile phone bill.
