• All goods sold at CHIMP AUCTION are sold “as seen”. Goods sold are either customer returns, end of line, faulty or unclaimed property. We highly recommend and encourage viewing prior to bidding.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE VALID AND ISSUED IF THE LOT/ ITEM HAS BEEN MIS-DESCRIBED OR INCORRECTLY SOLD BY OUR AUCTIONEER.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE CHECKED AND ALL QUALIFIED REFUNDS MUST BE DONE ON THE SAME AUCTION DAY.
IT IS UPON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CHECK ITEMS/ LOTS ONCE RECEIVED, SHOULD THERE BE ANY MIS-DESCRIPTIONS FROM OUR PART.
• All Viewings are welcome MON-SAT 11AM -6PM and are held prior to the auction, viewing sessions are by appointment only. Details will always be clearly available.
• CHIMP AUCTION do not provide condition reports unless they are brand new
• By placing a bid on any item, the bidder is deemed to have inspected the goods prior to placing the bid and has agreed to the auctioneers terms and conditions.
• All items carry a Buyers Premium of 20% + 5% online surcharge which is added to the final sale price.
• All items WILL NOT INCUR A VAT CHARGE, unless otherwise stated.
• All items purchased on i-bidder platform are subject to 5% service charge + VAT. unless otherwise stated
Payment:
When an auction ends (if you have been successful) payment must be made via bank transfer* or debit/ credit card or cash on collection from our premises. Full payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction closure

When an auction ends all items must be collected within 3 WORKING DAYS FROM OUR REGISTERED ADRESS. you or some one on your behalf can collect the items providing they have your name bidding number and invoice.
