CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE ON AN ABSA ASSET:

FICA Requirements: Kindly note the following FICA documents are required on purchase of any ABSA assets before we are authorised to release:

- Official Member and Dealers forms from Absa available on request from Crosstate Auctioneers.

- If purchasing in your personal capacity, a copy of ID and proof of residence, no older than 3 months, is required.

- If purchasing in your company name the following documents are required:  *Utility bill in the name of the company, no older than 3 months, *SARS letter with VAT number, *Owner/Members Id copies with proof of residence, no older than 3 months, *Proxy details from Motor Vehicle Licensing office (eNatis person entity particulars), *Proxy and Representative’s Id copies, *Business Certificate of Incorporation (CK1 or CM1) and *CIPRO printout. 

- If purchasing where the person is not a RSA citizen, a copy of their passport and proof of residence if living in RSA is required.

Hammer Price:

Certain ABSA assets are Subject To Confirmation and will be confirmed with the lowest bidder via the Auctioneer no longer than two days after the auction has concluded.
