Payment in full must be paid in cash or bank transfer before being collected. All lots must be removed from the auction centre within 48hours after the sale ends, otherwise there will be a charge of £10 per lot per 24hours.

A 15%Buyers Premium is charged on all lots sold + VAT also there is a 3% on-line buyers premium +VAT charged on every lot.
Please note the viewing days for all auctions are as follows, we regret to inform that if you come to view on other days you will not be allowed entry to the auction house. The viewing days start on the first day of the auction and we welcome you to come down and have a look. Our auctions run from approx. 1pm on Friday till 8pm on Monday on ibidder.com.

In all our auctions all lots are sold as seen with or without faults, we are open for viewing of the lots as stated above for you to check all items are fit for your purpose.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all auctions and all lots sold by GA AUCTIONS LTD.
Subject to the following conditions the highest bidder shall purchase the lot, GA AUCTIONS LTD maintain the right to refuse any bid if any dispute shall arise, the discretion of the auctioneer shall be the final and binding to all parties. We hold the right to withdraw any lot at any time during the auction.
Payment in full must be paid in cash or bankers draft before being collected. All lots must be removed from the auction centre within 48hours after the sale ends, otherwise there will be a charge of £10 per lot per 24hours.
The lots are sold as they are seen please make sure you are happy with the condition of any lot by viewing the lot on our viewing days, if you buy without previous inspection you will bid at your own risk. It is believed that the quantities stated in the catalogue are correct but we shall not be responsible if any error or mistake is made by our self. You will not be entitled to any compensation by reason of any error or mistake. Please note we will sometimes use stock images, these do not depict the actual quality or condition of an item.
A sale by auction is not a consumer sale (SALE OF GOODS ACT 1893 SECTION 55 (7) therefore misrepresentation acts of law do not apply. Delivery/shipping is not part of the general contract and is a service only. The distance selling regulations do not apply. This applies to any auctions conducted by GA AUCTIONS LTD.
All goods sold shall be the responsibility of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and in no circumstances will we be held responsible if any lot is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed after the end of the auction.
No lot can be cleared until payment has been made in full, all lots must be cleared at the purchasers expense no lot will be able to be collected without a full invoice. The porters will then bring the goods out to you. Purchasers have no right to anything not described in the catalogue, the declared buyer can only collect the lots unless a letter giving permission is available. Delivery is available at an extra cost please contact us prior to bidding.
If any damage is done to any of the lots during the viewing day or whilst collecting any lots then the full market value of each lot must be paid.
A buyers premium of 15% +VAT is to be added to all lots sold and there is also an additional 3% + VAT Internet surcharge for items purchased through ibidder.com.
If you are purchasing from GA AUCTIONS LTD with the intent to resell any lot then you must de-brand any item purchased and not refer to the original retailers name during resale. Any person found not to be complying to these terms will be banned from future auctions no exception.
We sell customer returns, end of lines and quality control stock. Please note it is your responsibility to make sure all items comply with laws and regulations and some items will require re-working prior to resale to comply with health and safety laws. This is your responsibility and GA AUCTIONS LTD accept no liability if any lots are sold unsafe. Electrical items may need to be PAT tested before resale.
