Viewing for this auction can be done between 10.00 to 15.30 on any business day 24 hours prior to the end of the auction Strictly by appointment - please either email or telephone for viewing.

When collecting either email or phone for a collection slot - we will try to accomodate where we can - but if customers just turn up, you may be turned away if you have not booked in. Also, goods will only be handed over on production of an invoice and proof of payment (unless payment is being made when collecting)

Returns/Refunds will not be offered or issued on any items. We do not warrant or guarantee any lots or part lots. All lots are graded unless otherwise indicated. All goods are deemed second hand.  Any images used are for reference only.  Images may not depict the actual lot or lots being offered and stock images may be used. Any Lots that are marked X2 X4 etc. are multiple lots and the bid price is for one item, so the bid price will be multiplied by the number of items in the lot.

Grading

All Lots are graded as follows:

  • A+, This will include Brand new items, obsolete stock, end of range, Clearance stock manufacturer refurbished (graded) etc. where the condition can be regarded as New/ As new /Unused and is usually (but not always) within the original packaging. The original packaging may or may not be complete with a factory seal intact. It can be expected to be in full working order. Minor imperfections which will not affect the overall performance of the item may be present.
  • Grade R+, (Refurbished), This is when an item has been fully refurbished and tested, it is in good working order, it will have all its component parts. It will not be in its original packaging and may have blemishes showing slight wear and tear.
  • Grade R-, (Refurbished)An Item that has been refurbished and is fully working, but will shows signs of wear and tear and may have components missing. It will not be in its original packaging.
  • Grade T (Tested Working), Item has been tested to power on to show basic functionality, there may be parts missing and maintenance may be required – we will detail faults where possible.
  • Grade U (Untested). The item is Untested and may only be useful for Spares or repair. See the Lot item for specific details.

Viewing

We encourage all buyers to view Lots prior to bidding. Unless otherwise stated viewing is between 1pm and 4.30pm by appointment on the day prior to the start of the sale.

Deposits

A minimum of £50.00 deposit will be requested before you will be able to bid, this deposit will be refunded to you if you have not purchased any items or will be deducted from the total purchase price once lots have been paid for and collected. The deposit will NOT be refunded where a buyer has purchased items and has not paid and or collected those items. Please ensure that your card will be accepted to make the deposit. All bidders are required to register before they can bid.

Payments

All Lots are subject to VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. However, please be aware that VAT will be applied to the buyer’s premium and any surcharges at all times.

A Buyers premium of 23% + VAT will be added to all Lots.

Accepted payment methods are Debit Card, Credit Card (3% charge), Bank Transfer (Bank details will be on the pro-former invoice and is our preferred method of payment, please use the pro-former invoice number as the reference).

All Payments should be made before the end of business (17.00 hours) next working day after the end of the auction. For example, the Auction finishes at 20.00 on Friday, payment should be received by 17.00 on the Monday. Payments which are not settled on time will face a 5% late payment penalty charge per day.

Pro-former invoices will be emailed at the end of the auction; full invoices will be emailed when final payment is made which may include any additional charges.

Items which are not paid for within the timescale plus one working day will be re-auctioned and the deposit on file will not be refunded.

Bidders who do not pay for items will lose their deposit and be blocked from further auctions and reported to i-bidder.com.

THESE PRICES AND CHARGES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.

Collections/Deliveries

Collections should be arranged within 48 hours of the auction ending by either telephone or email, a time slot will then be allocated to you, if you think you may miss your time, please call us in advance and we will attempt to fit you in, if not you may have to re-schedule. Re-scheduling may involve a storage charge. All collections should be accompanied with a printed (hard copy) of the pro-former invoice, we will not accept soft copies displayed on a hand held device or smart phone. For security reasons we will not allow courier collection – except for pallet collections, which will be tied to a time slot as above.

Storage surcharges will apply to any items – whether paid for or not – that are still with us after the stated collection period, regardless of reason. Charges are £5.00 per small item up to 2Kg and £10.00 per large item over 2Kg.

Deliveries of up to 20Kg (per consignment) can be made via our delivery partner, Interlink Express (DPD). All consignments are sent tracked, next working day un-insured. Prices are as follows and include all packaging and labelling.

  • Up to 2Kg - £8.50
  • Up to 10Kg - £14.00
  • Up to 20Kg - £18.00

We only deliver to mainland UK Post Codes, the Highlands of Scotland. NI, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man would be subject to a £25.00 additional charge. On all consignments.

For European and international destinations, please enquire before bidding.
