Viewing
Viewing is available on Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm and Saturday from 11:30am to 3pm

Unless the description states otherwise, all goods are customer returns, end of line stock, failed delivery. Please be aware that images are for illustrative puposes therefore does not indicate the condition of the item.ALL STOCK IS UNTESTED AND SOLD AS SEEN. We encourage all our buyers to view before bidding.
Pricing
In addition to the hammer price the following charges apply:

-VAT: all lots are subject to VAT at 20% (unless otherwise stated in the catalogue/description
For Example:
Hammer price: £100
Buyers premium added (15%): £115
VAT added (20%): £138
TOTAL AMOUT: £138
Payment
Winning bidders will require to make payment in full within 24 hours from receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within that time, there will be a £15 administration fee. Any buyers who default on payment will be banned from all i-bidder and in house auctions

Delivery & Collection
Buyers have 1 day from receipt of invoice to either have collected or arranged delivery of the lots. Any lots left after this time may be subject to storage charges of £5 per lot per day / part day. We reserve the right to resell any goods that have been paid for but not collected within 5 working days and deduct reselling costs, storage fees, commissions etc
Collection
Collection in person can be made by visiting our warehouse in Runcorn. Please visit the Office before attempting to collect your items from Dispatch.
Delivery

Please note that you are responsible for each lot from the fall of the hammer and should therefore take appropriate insurance cover from this time. The Delivery service that we use is a standard service only, should you have any concerns we advise that you use your own courier or collect in person.
