Both lots are located at Hutchinson Engineering, Old North Rd, Weston Newark NG23 6SY

Warranty

Both lots are sold without warranty, please satisfy yourselves with the items and their descriptions prior to bidding, the Auctioneers will take no responsibility for any errors of description.

Buyers Premium

A Buyers Premium of 3% plus VAT will be applied to both lots

VAT

VAT at the current rate will be applied to both lots

Overseas buyers will need to pay a bond equivalent to the VAT, which will be refunded on proof of shipment, and valid VAT no.

Payment

All payment must be made in GBP (sterling)

Full payment will be required within 1 week of the auctions finishing date

The following payment methods will be accepted

1. Bank transfer

2. Cheque, no items to be removed from site until the funds are fully cleared

3. Credit or Debit card payment (bank fees apply of 3% plus vat for credit card transactions)

4. Bank draft (Sterling)

Indemnity

Protruck Auctions will indemnify the purchaser for clear title.

Insurance

Once the lots have been sold the responsibility for insurance of the lots will fall on the the successful bidders

Removal and Storage

The Purchaser will be responsible for the derigging and removal of the lots from site, Protruck Auctions will store the lots on site free of charge for up to 10 days following the close of bidding.

Extended on site storage, derigging and transportation will be available by negotiation with Hutchinson Engineering.
