i-bidder fee and any ‘Droit de Suite’ Royalty levy due which will be paid into the artists estate.

All lots can be viewed in the flesh at Sally Mitchell’s Gallery, 9 Eldon Street, Tuxford, NG22 0LB. Mon to Sat, 14th – 26th May 2012. Opening hours, 10 am to 4 pm, all other times by appointment.

On registration, you will be asked for credit card details as a safeguard. If you are lucky enough to be the successful bidder on a lot or lots you will be required to pay in full within 48 hours of the auction ending. By entering your bid on-line you have committed to purchasing the lot or lots, should you back out of the purchase after the auction has ended, you will be charged in full. We will re-offer the item and you will be liable for the difference between the hammer price and the resale price. We reserve the right to take payment from your card if not paid within 48 hours.

Payment will be accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and Switch, by cheque which will need to clear before goods are collected / despatched. Title will not pass until the lot /lots are paid for in full and the funds have cleared.

Copyright on all the images in this collection/auction, in the catalogue and on all or any internet sites rests with Sally Mitchell Fine Arts Ltd and no copyright will pass with the sale of the pictures. No use may be made of any of the images without prior consent from Sally Mitchell Fine Arts Ltd.

All paintings are fully warranted to be original works of art by the late Mick Cawston.

Collection of won lots. Purchases may be collected from The Sally Mitchell Gallery at Tuxford Nottinghamshire, NG22 0LB. Please note, that if you wish to collect immediately and are unknown to us, payment must be made in cash on collection or bankers draft.

Delivery can be arranged for a fee of £10 per parcel within the UK (packing charge may be payable, please ask for details). Delivery outside the UK will be at cost. Please note that your own transit insurance is necessary for any courier we organise on your behalf.

Items must be removed from our gallery by June 29th 2012 or storage charges will be applicable at £5 per item, per week.
