VIEWING:

• The lots may be viewed as follows: Tuesday 29th January 10am-5pm and Wednesday 30th January 10am-5pm.

• Located at TBC Auctions, Unit 70 East Ducklees Lane, Brimsdown, Middlesex, EN3 7SP

BIDDING ENDS:

• Bidding will end from: 1PM on Tuesday 5th February 2013 [subject to the normal 10 min extensions].

• Successful bidders will be notified by email after the sale.

• MAXIMUM BIDS: If more than one maximum bid is placed of the same amount, the maximum bid placed first will be considered the highest bid and a further bid will need to be placed to take the lead. Bidders are notified by an automated message which appears on their screen.

• IMPORTANT: When bidding, do not forget to ‘REFRESH’ your screen to ensure you are aware of current bids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING:

• All bidding will be through the Bidspotter website, you must pre-register with them in order to bid including registering a valid credit or debit card

• In the event of a bid being received within 10 minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period on that lot will automatically extend by a further 10 minutes and for a further 10mins for any bid received thereafter.

BUYERS PREMIUM:

• The purchaser will pay a buyers premium of 15% plus VAT, which will be charged on all lots unless indicated otherwise.

• The premium is not negotiable and will be paid by all buyers

• VAT on buyers premium is payable on buyers premium where goods are exported in all instances.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• The forms of payment that are acceptable are:

• Cash or Bankers’ drafts (Please do not post cash).

• Cheque: Goods can only be collected upon confirmation from the bank that funds have cleared.

• All purchases are to be paid in full, no later than 4pm Friday 8th February 2013

• Please note: Only when we have been notified via our Bankers that we have received cleared funds then you may collect goods.

VAT

• Purchasers will be charged Value Added Tax on all lots, where applicable, at the current rates plus VAT is applied on buyers premium

RISK:

• The bidder / buyer is at risk once the buyer is notified of his successful purchases and is strongly advised to effect insurance at once, irrespective of whether title has passed. Title does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full.

• All lots are strictly SOLD AS SEEN, we do not warrant the functionality of any items.

• COMPUTER SOFTWARE: Due to the Data Protection Act, all software and data will be removed from computers prior to selling.

CLEARANCE TERMS AND ARRANGEMENTS

• All lots must be removed between Tuesday 5th February 2013 and Tuesday 12th February 2013 (Weekdays only). Storage charges will be applied if goods are not cleared within this time frame (as per our terms and conditions).

• The premises will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, Weekdays only.

• Forklift is available onsite.

• PACKAGING: If required we can package up items at an additional cost, if you require items packaged you will need to contact us to let us know, items will not be packaged if we are not contacted.

•3RD PARTY / COURIER COLLECTION: If you are using a 3rd party to collect your items will need to arrange for the items to be packaged first, once we have confirmed that the items are ready to be collected you will then need to inform us when your courier is due to collect. You MUST ensure that the collecting party state your BIDDER ID when collecting, without this the items WILL NOT BE RELEASED, this is for the security of your items.

VAT on Goods Destined for Export:

• All purchasers intending to export their purchases will be initially charged VAT until satisfactory evidence of export is received by TBC Auctions (the goods must be exported in accordance with regulations under “Indirect Export”). Where satisfactory evidence is not provided, goods will be subject to UK VAT and no VAT refund will be applicable. We are unable to refund the VAT on the buyers premium in any circumstances.
