Important terms and information

In addition to our Standard conditions (see www.wellersauctioneers.com), the following must be strictly adhered to:.

Viewing:

Tuesday November 24th 10.00am – 4.00pm

Wednesday November 25th 10.00am – 4.00pm

Thursday November 26th from 8:00am

· Buyers premium of 15% +VAT will be charged on the hammer price (NOTE iBidder users will be subject to an additional Commission of 3% +VAT)

· All Lots are subject to 15% VAT on the Hammer Price

Payments and registration

· All buyers must register at the sale site office on the day of sale, and collect a buyers number before bidding.

· All lots must be paid for on day of purchase unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer;

· After Auction day, subject to special arrangements, Payment at Wellers Auctioneers, Chertsey 01932 568678

· The buyer is responsible for the cost of removal of all purchased lots.

· CASH - Sterling only

· CHEQUES - are acceptable up to the limit of the cheque guarantee card. Cheques in excess of the guarantee or Company cheques are only acceptable from proven customers or those who have provided cast iron references prior to the Sale.

· Payment may be made by Debit Card/Credit Card. However, please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on all Credit Card transactions.

· BANKER’S DRAFT - is always acceptable. Should the Draft exceed the purchase price, Wellers Auctioneers will issue a cheque to cover the difference the day after the Sale.

· For Amounts over £2,000.00 we prefer CHAPS transfer of funds.

· Goods will not be released until payment is received and/or cleared through our Bank Account.

· Wellers full business terms can be viewed on our website.

Clearance:

· No Lots may be removed from Site without prior payment being made and on production of a valid Wellers Invoice when collecting.

· All purchased lots should be removed from the site between 10:00am and 4:00pm before 4th December 2009. The Site will NOT be open on Saturday and Sunday.

· All small lots should be removed on day of purchase. All purchases should be insured by the purchaser after purchase.

· Where goods are being exported outside the EEC by the Buyer, and within 3 months, VAT will be refunded but only when the Invoice of Export is provided. e.g. Certificate of Shipping. If Lundy Healthcare itself arrange shipping then VAT will not be payable on the Hammer value. VAT will still be due on the Auctioneers Commission.
