As a children’s book author/illustrator Lindsey was excited to discover that she was teaching story-based yoga to children and her 5 yr old son LOVES it!The penguin background is TEAL to signify ovarian cancer awareness and the rainbow signifies hope and positivity. All the little penguins are from Fi’s class enjoying their yoga antics."
