Payment Etrusca Auctions Ltd. accepts payments by bank transfer. If settling an account by bank transfer all bank charges or fees must be paid by the buyer. All money must be cleared in Etrusca Auctions Ltd. account before shipping goods.

Please pay within one 1 week of the auction.

Buyer`s Premium: Buyer`s Premium is 25% + VAT + 6% for internet bidding + VAT.

Registering to bid: In order to be registered and approved by Etrusca Auctions Ltd. to take part in and bid in any auction bidders must have registered their name and address with the respective platform used to register to bid through and have sent a copy of ID + proof of address to Etrusca Auctions Ltd. Approval to bid is at the discretion of Etrusca Auctions Ltd. and our bidding partners. Absentee bidding and telephone bidding will require you to register with Etrusca Auctions Ltd. When booking a telephone line, bidders commit to a bid at the lowest published estimate.

Condition of Lots: Etrusca Auctions Ltd. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of any information given on the condition and age of any Item. However, it is essential that bidders satisfy themselves fully as to the condition of any lot. Etrusca Auctions Ltd. staff is happy to discuss and assist with this. All Lots are sold as found unless stated otherwise in the description. Condition reports are available via email. Etrusca Auctions Ltd. staff will answer questions regarding any Lot. Catalogue descriptions may indicate some damage, repair and/or restorations or alterations, but the absence of such indication does not automatically mean a lot is without faults. This is a guide only and is not a full condition report. Etrusca Auctions Ltd. will not be held responsible for the condition of any Lot.

Items cannot be returned after a lot has been won.

(a) If any lot is not paid for in full and taken away in accordance with these Conditions, or if there is any other breach of these Conditions, we, as agents for the seller and on our own behalf, shall at our absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other rights we may have, be entitled to exercise one or more of the following rights and remedies:

(i) to proceed against you for damages for breach of contract;

(ii) to rescind the sale of that lot and/or any other lots sold to you by us;

 (iii) to resell the lot (by auction or private treaty) in which case you shall be responsible for any resulting deficiency in the total amount due (after crediting any part payment and adding any resale costs). Any surplus so arising shall belong to the original seller;

 (iv) to remove, store and insure the lot at your expense at a rate of up to £10 per day + VAT, and, in the case of storage either at our premises or elsewhere;

 (v) to charge interest at a rate of 18% per year on the total amount due to the extent it remains unpaid for more than five working days after the sale;

 (vi) to retain that or any other lot bought until you pay the total amount due;

 (vii) to reject or ignore bids from you or your agent at future auctions or to impose conditions before any such bids shall be accepted;

 (viii) to apply any proceeds of the sale of other lots due or in future becoming due to you towards the settlement of the total amount due and to exercise a lien (that is a right to retain possession of any of your property in our possession for any purpose until the debt due is satisfied).

 (b) We shall, as agents for the seller and on our own behalf pursue these rights and remedies only so far as is reasonable to make appropriate recovery in respect of breach of these conditions.
