·         Any buyers who default on payment of purchased items by the end of 2 Working Days of end of Sale may be “blacklisted” and barred from all further sales.

·         We are unable to give Condition Reports

·         WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE TELEPHONE.

·         The Lot(s) will not be released until payment is received and/or cleared through our Bank Account OR CASH PAYMENT RECEIVED. 

·         The buyer is responsible for the cost of removal of purchased lot

·         Payment must be received within 48 hours and collection of your items within 72 hours. Deliveries must be booked in within 24 hours. If you are collecting, or sending someone to collect on your behalf you will need to book in a timeslot at least 24 hours before. To do this you will need to call our customer service team on 0208- 8132169 FROM 12PM – 7PM 

·         Please be aware that if goods remain uncollected after the 72 hours deadline late collection/storage charges will be applied at the following rates:

-    £1 per lot per day

-    £2 per pallet per day (for stock sold by the pallet)

·         Once the late collection fee exceeds the value of the goods ownership of the goods reverts to CHIMP AUCTION

·         Please note that collection slots are only open between 12PM and 7pm Mon - SAT. We are closed on SUNDAYS. If on the day you are expecting to arrive outside of your designated timeslot please contact us immediately as we may not be able to release the goods when you arrive.

·         The collection address is shown at the time of bidding and stock will be held at our stated location.

·         REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE VALID AND ISSUED IF THE LOT/ ITEM HAS BEEN MISDESCRIBED OR INCORRECTLY SOLD BY OUR AUCTIONEER.

·         IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT, WE HAVE MISDESCRIBED AN ITEM, ALL CLAIMS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MUST BE DONE ONSITE AND WHILE BEING COLLECTED FROM OUR PREMISES AND ALL QUALIFIED REFUNDS MUST BE DONE ON THE SAME AUCTION DAY.

·         IT IS UPON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CHECK ITEMS ONSITE ONCE COLLECTED, SHOULD THERE BE ANY MISDESCRIPTIONS FROM OUR PART.

4) UNTESTED RETURNS/ RETAIL RETURN/ MAY CONTAIN MISSING PARTS/ MAY BE FAULTY

5) UNCLAIMED PROPERTY / MAY SHOW SIGNS OF USE/ MAY NOT COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

ALL THE ABOVE GRADES DO NOT GUARANTEE FUNCTIONALITY WHATSOEVER. THE GRADES ARE OBTAINED FROM OUR VENDORS AND ARE USED FOR GUIDELINE PURPOSES ONLY

Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order or return goods once purchased from any of our auction platform.
