1.By bidding for any lot the bidder agrees to be bound by these below stated terms and conditions.

Emily Baldwin Eventing are not in any way responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any descriptions of property, and makes no warranty or representation in relation to any such description or any advice, statement or other information relating to any property - where they are given they are given as rough guidance only and are not to be relied upon as the basis of any complaint or claim of inaccuracy. Any reliance on any description, or any other advice, statement, or other information relating to any property, shall be at the bidder`s sole risk.

4.All bids are per lot as numbered in the catalogue.

5.The Auction will be conducted in pounds Sterling and all bids are made in this currency - no other currency form will be accepted and in the event of a dispute or legal resolution, all parties agree to bound by the laws of England and Wales and fall under that jurisdiction.

6.When the bidder places a bid that bidder thereby enters a contractually binding and irrevocable obligation to complete the transaction if that bidder is the winning bidder of that lot. Emily Baldwin Eventing reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder without giving a reason. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. If any dispute arises as to the highest bidder, the Auctioneer shall determine the dispute and may put up again and re-sell the lot in respect of which the dispute arises.

7.Payments for purchases must be made prior to collection of work.

8.In no circumstances will Emily Baldwin Eventing refund the amount paid in respect of any lot, save a frustrating event.

9.Neither shipping nor delivery costs are included in the price. Shipping and delivery is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
