WELCOME TO ANOTHER NUCO AUCTION
Deposit: R 20,000.00 (TWENTY THOUSAND RAND) is payable upon registration by bank guaranteed cheque or EFT

Deposit is refundable after the auction, if no purchases were made. The deposit shall be forfeited by the Purchaser if he/she fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction.
Payment: All purchases are to be paid in full by CONCLUSION OF SALE on site by EFT

- CASH DEPOSITS INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED A 1.05% CASH DEPOSIT FEE
- AN EXTRA R250 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED ON LATE COLLECTIONS
- FINANCE CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A 10% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF ITEMS BEING FINANCED BY CLOSE OF SALE

FROM CONCLUSION OF AUCTION UNTIL 2 WEEKS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE
If purchased goods are not removed by the Purchaser by 28 March 2014 all risks, including that of theft and damage, but not limited thereto, shall pass to the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have no claim against NUCO for any damages whatsoever.
