Payment
Payment in full must be paid in cash, or bank transfer before any items are dispatched or collected from our auction. This is soley the responsiblity of the customer and all payments must be cleared before any stock will be released. A deposit will be taken from your credit card immediately after the invoice is raised this is only refundable on full payment.
Clearance
Deadline for Payment is by Friday 4.00pm Following the End of the Sale. Also please note, all items won are the sole responsibility of the buyer and All items must be cleared. Delivery cannot be arranged on any vehicle. Collection must be made by the buyer this must be arranged with Hazel Slater you must give at least 2 hours notice for collection. Collection will be from the Auction Centre, Edge Lane Street, Royton, OL2 6DS.

SHOULD YOU FAIL TO PAY AND COLLECT ON ANY ITEM A CHARGE WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
ON OCCASION VEHICLES WILL BE RELISTED, THIS WILL BE DUE TO BUYERS FAILING TO COLLECT OR TECHNICAL ISSUES. BY NO MEANS WILL IT REFLECT ON THE QUALITY OR STANDARD OF THE VEHICLE. FEEL FREE TO BID IN CONFIDENCE.
5.The lots are sold as they are seen with all faults and errors of description or quantity or measurement (if any) the purchase deemed to have inspected and approved of the lots he buys and if he buys without previous inspection he shall be deemed to have done so his own risk it is believed that the quantities and measurements stated in the catalogue are correct but the auctioneer shall not be responsible if any error or mistake there in and the purchaser shall not make any objection there to be entitled to any compensation by reason of any error or mistake nor to be entitled to rescind the contract after the fall of the hammer, the auctioneer does not warrant the vendors title to any lot& the latter will be sold with such title as the vendor may have.

Timed Auction General
Starting from the timed auction sale that ends Monday 5th August 2013 anyone who has failed to pay by 4.00pm on the Wednesday after the sales has finished will have a non refundable £100.00 penalty fee taken off their card, however we do take into consideration certain circumstances (e.g. delayed payment) the £100 will then be credited as a deposit on your account.
PLEASE NOTE- As you may know we have many timed auction sales that only run once so the penalty fee will be taken on the deadline day for collection for that sale at 4.00pm.

Clearance
Deadline on collections for Tuesday and timed auction is Wednesday by 4.30pm. Saturday auction is by Monday 4.30pm If goods are not collected by this deadline then a charge of £3 per lot per night for storage + VAT will apply. Also please note, all items won are the sole responsibility of the buyer and All items must be cleared. When clearing part lot pallets a charge will apply for items left behind.
Viewing
Viewing is now available at our warehouse on Fridays from 12am - 4.30pm and by prior arrangement on Saturdays between 12am - 2pm details will be supplied on arrangement. All items are Sold as Seen in the Auction Centre. All images and Descriptions are for Guidance perposes only and in NO WAY replace viewing or appraisal. We have a viewing every Friday at Lion Mill from 12-4pm, Saturday and Monday by appointment only. All Lots are sold as per our Terms and Conditions on display in the Auction Centre and are available on request. Please see section 5 of our customer terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE NO credits or Refunds will be issued for items that have not been viewed by the buyer or appraised by a member of TLH staff.
