Before you start bidding, could you please read our terms and conditions and our other very important information down below.
Viewing
Viewing is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and Saturday (upon prior request) from 11:30am till 3pm.
Condition
Unless the description states otherwise, all goods are customer returns, end of line stock, failed delivery. Please be aware that images are for illustrative puposes therefore does not indicate the condition of the item.ALL STOCK IS UNTESTED AND SOLD AS SEEN. We encourage all our buyers to view before bidding.
Pricing
In addition to the hammer price the following charges apply:
-Buyers premium 20%
-VAT: all lots are subject to VAT at 20% (unless otherwise stated in the catalogue/description
For Example:
Hammer price: £100
Buyers premium added (20%): £20
VAT added (20%): £24
TOTAL AMOUT: £144
Payment
Winning bidders will require to make payment in full within 48 hours from receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within that time, there will be a £15 administration fee. Any buyers who default on payment will be banned from all i-bidder and in house auctions
We accept two methods of payment at the moment:

Delivery & Collection
Buyers have 2 days from receipt of invoice to either have collected or arranged delivery of the lots. Any lots left after this time may be subject to storage charges of £5 per lot per day / part day. We reserve the right to resell any goods that have been paid for but not collected within 5 working days and deduct reselling costs, storage fees, commissions etc
Collection
Collection in person can be made by visiting our warehouse in Runcorn. Please visit the Office before attempting to collect your items from Dispatch.
Delivery
Please note that you are responsible for each lot from the fall of the hammer and should therefore take appropriate insurance cover from this time. We advise that you use your own courier or collect in person.
Terms & Conditions
General
- All goods sold by Ironbridge & Sons Limited are 'sold as seen' therefore we do not accept any returns. We encourage all our buyers to view the items before placing any bids. By placing a bid, bidders are deemed satisfied with the condition of the item and have inspected it before doing so.
The Buyer acknowledges the fact that the goods are sold as seen and therefore the sale IS NOT a consumer sale for the purpose of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and as replaced by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.) Any goods purchased do no have any warranty or guarantee.

But these are necessarily statements of opinion and must not be relied upon as statements of fact Neither the vendor nor the Auction house (Ironbridge & Sons Limited) are responsible for any errors in the descriptions, the genuineness and attributes or authenticity of any lot.
-Conduct of Sales
Ironbridge & Sons Limited have the right to refuse any bid, exclude any person from the auction process for any reason.
