•All i-Bidder purchases made must be paid by 13:00pm following Monday and collected by 16:30pm Wednesday following the sale. Any goods that are left may be subject to storage charges from £1 per item to £5 per item per day.

•Any buyers who default on payment and collection of purchased items by 4:30pm Wednesday following the sale will be “blacklisted” and barred from all further i-bidder sales.

•Wellers will be happy to execute commission bids on your behalf. Commission bids can be e-mailed to auctions@wellersauctions.com NO LATER than 08:00hrs on the Saleday or alternately given to the auction staff on site.

•Wellers do not offer Packaging and Shipping as a service – see below for local shipping agents

Buyers Premium

•All Lots are subject to Buyers Premium

o25% + VAT on Hammer

oiBidder Premium of 5% + VAT

•All Lots are subject to 20% VAT on the Hammer Price

•iBidder Buyers will attract an extra Buyers Premium of 5% +VAT

Payments and registration

•All onsite buyers must register at the sale site office on the day of sale, and collect a buyers number before bidding.

•iBidders must register with iBidder to Bid

•All lots must be paid for on day of purchase unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer (see below)

•After Auction day, subject to special arrangements, Payment at Wellers Auctioneers, Chertsey 01932 568678

•The buyer is responsible for the cost of removal of all purchased lots. Wellers will apply a charge for packing per Lot by arrangement ONLY

•CASH - Sterling only

•Payment may be made by Debit Card/Credit Card. However, please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on all Credit Card transactions.

•BANKER’S DRAFT - is always acceptable. Should the Draft exceed the purchase price, Wellers Auctioneers will issue a cheque to cover the difference the day after the Sale.

•For Amounts over £1,000.00 we prefer a CHAPS transfer of funds.

•Goods will not be released until payment is received and/or cleared through our Bank Account.

•Wellers full business terms can be viewed on our website.

Clearance:

•No Lots may be removed from Site without prior payment being made and on production of a valid Wellers Invoice when collecting.

•All purchased lots must be removed from the site by 4.30pm Wednesday following the Sale. WE ARE CLOSED FOR COLLECTIONS BETWEEN 1PM AND 2PM

•All small lots should be removed on day of purchase. All purchases should be insured by the purchaser after purchase.

•Where goods are being exported outside the EEC by the Buyer, and within 3 months, VAT will be refunded but only when the Invoice of Export is provided. e.g. Certificate of Shipping. VAT will still be due on the Auctioneers Commission.

Storage

•After 16:30pm Wednesday following the Sale (clearance deadline) Storage charges of £1.00 per item to £5 per item per Day will apply.

No goods may be removed before payment of Hammer and Commission costs
