These terms are applicable to all lots listed,
whether by auction or private treaty.

Trade Only Sales:Our sales are strictly for trade participants only,
meaning all consumer rules, regulations, cooling-
off periods and distance selling rules do NOT
apply.
By agreeing to this Important Information and
Terms & Conditions, you affirm your participation
as a trade entity.
Registration and Bidding:

Full agreement to our 'Terms & Conditions and

Account approval may be manual, based on

Account Holder Responsibilities:As the account holder, you are liable for all bidding
activity.
In the event you are not registering with a limited
company, you are deemed as a sole trader and

All lots are subject to a Buyer's Premium

Administration Charge:
All lots are subject to an ‘Administration Charge’ -

VAT - Value Added Tax:
All Lots & Charges are subject to VAT - Value
Added Tax charged at the current U.K Rate of
20%Including: Buyers Premium Commission, Special
Condition Charges, Storage Charges, Late
Payment Fees & Administration Charges.
Some Lots may be free from VAT - Value Added
Tax, which means that lot will be sold “Margin
VAT”
Storage Charges:
A daily storage fee of £70.00 +VAT per each
individual lot is charged starting from 3 days after
any lot is won.
Storage fees are charged every day including
weekends and holidays.
Before any lot(s) can be released for collection or
delivery, all storage fees must be paid in full.
The auctioneer may choose to re-auction any
uncollected lot(s) to recover unpaid storage fees.
Any lot(s) with an overdue balance are
immediately placed into storage with charges
accruing from the date of purchase.If any lot(s) remain uncollected for 60 days after
the date of purchase, it is considered abandoned
unless a written agreement states otherwise.
* Important Notices *
Late Payments Fees:
In the event the Account Holder has not cleared
their account in full prior to the set payment
deadline, A chargeable daily Late Payment Fee of
6% +VAT will be applied across the total account
balance.
Late Payment Fees are chargeable 7 days per
week, Including: Weekends and Holidays.
Storage Charges will also become chargeable
from the date of purchase should any account
balance become overdue.
Cancellations:Cancellations are not generally allowed.
In the event any Cancellation is granted, at the
Auctioneers sole discretion, they will incur fees,
and these will include:
Cancellation Fee (Charged at the set rate of the
Buyers Premium Commission)
Re-Auction Fee
Administration Fee
Payment Deadline Exceeded:
Wellsbright Auctions & it’s ‘Vendors’ reserve the
right to withdraw any lot(s) purchased by the
‘Account Holder’ having failed to settle their
account in full by failing to comply with the set
payment deadline.
Abandoned Sale:
Wellsbright Auctions, Reserve the right to deem
any lot(s) abandoned by the ‘Account Holder’
should they fail to settle their account in full forany purchased lot(s) within the set payment
deadline.
Any lot(s) would be deemed abandoned should
the ‘Account Holder’ fail to settle their account
balance in full with 7 days of any lot(s) purchased.

Buyers Premium Commissions are typically between 15% - 49%
All ‘Buyers Premium Commission’ charges are subject to VAT @ 20%.
(Article 3) Administration Fee:
Each individual lot will carry an ‘Administration Fee’ - Please refer to the lot description to
clarify the applicable charge.
(Article 4) VAT Charges:
All lots will be subject to VAT @ 20%, Applicable to the ‘Hammer Price’
Various lots may be sold with NO VAT applicable, Please refer to the ‘Additional Fees’ tab
where VAT will be displayed as (VAT / Sales Tax) as well as the ‘Item Description’ for
clarification)
(Article 4.1) VAT Refunds:
Wellsbright Auctions , may offer VAT refunds to overseas buyers on any lot(s) purchased.
However, This is subject to the ‘Account Holder’ providing proof of Export & Re-
Registration via Email & Post.
The ‘Account Holder’ must also provide a full VAT Registration Number to be eligible to
request sucha refund.
Any VAT Number provided must be the VAT Number directly linked to the ‘Account
Holder’ or Company details located on the buyers invoice.
All account details, Invoice details and Export Paperwork details must match, there can be
no amendments made to Accounts, Invoices or Paperwork once any lot has been sold.
Correct documents must be provided within a 3 month period of the date of
purchase shown on the ‘Account Holders’ invoice.

All overseas ‘Account Holders’ must pay any applicable ‘VAT Charges’ with no
exceptions, But a ‘VAT Refund’ will be offered as addressed above.
‘VAT Refunds’ will only be issued under the ‘Auctioneers Discretion’ & acceptance of the
‘Vendor’
(Article 5) Account Holder:
The ‘Account Holder’ is liable for all bidding activity when bidding either ‘Online’ or
‘Physically’
The ‘Account Holder’ is agreeing on their “Own or Companies” behalf to complete any
purchases either by ‘Winning Bid(s) Submitted / Provisional Accepted Bids’ on lot(s)
they’ve bid on prior to the auction ending.
(Article 5.1) Account Holder Consents
The ‘Account Holder’ is agreeing to be 18 years or older & a Full U.K Resident

(Article 6.1) Set Reserves
Once any lot meets the set ‘Reserve’ – The Lot will be updated in both the ‘Item

Wellsbright Auctions may be instructed by the ‘Vendor’ to lower or remove the ‘Set
Reserve’ price on any lot(s) at anytime during the sale.
(Article 7) Provisional BidsBy bidding on any lot(s) within the sale, All bids submitted are taken as ‘Provisional’
whether the reserve price has been met or not
The ‘Account Holder’ upon registration are instructing Wellsbright Auctions to submit
all ‘Maximum Bids’ to the Vendor(s) for consideration.
Should the Vendor(s) decide to accept your ‘Maximum Bid’ submitted, The ‘Account
Holder’ will be notified within 24 hours by receiving your winning payable invoice with
a set payment deadline. – Please Refer to (Article 10.1)

(Article 7.1) Vendor Bid Acceptance

This being said, Should the ‘Vendor’ wish to accept any ‘Maximum Bid’ submitted by
‘Account Holder’ – Any lot(s) in question may possibly be ended prior to the end of
auction if any ‘Maximum Bids’ have been accepted by the ‘Vendor’

(Article 8.4) Removal of Bids
Removal of any Submitted Bid(s) placed by the ‘Account Holder’ is strictly not available

Once the ‘Account Holder’ submits any bid(s) whilst participating in any ‘Trade Only Sale’
it is deemed binding and cannot be removed.(Article 9) Invoicing
Once the sale for each individual lot has ended, The ‘Account Holder’ will be
invoiced in accordance with their accepted bids.
All payable invoices will be sent by both Email & Business WhatsApp Messenger*

When the ‘Account Holder’ has won multiple lots, Wellsbright Auctions will invoice all lots
purchased on a single invoice.
All lots purchased at the end of sale or upon ‘Vendors’ acceptance will be deemed as a
single transaction.

This will be your initial invoice which will contain the lot(s) which you’ve been invoiced for,

Invoice ‘2 of 2’
This will follow once invoice ‘1 of 2’ has been paid, This invoice will include the

(Article 9.1) Invoice Updates
Should the ‘Account Holder’ be bidding on multiple lots within the sale, Wellsbright
Auctions may add any additional lot(s) to the ‘Account Holders’ payable invoice.
*PLEASE NOTE*All lots which are payable by the ‘Account Holder’ are deemed as one transaction.
Any lot(s) purchased will only be available for Collection / Delivery once the ‘Account
Holders’ account statement has been cleared by Wellsbright Auctions.
(Article 10) Payments:
All payments are to be made by ‘Bank Transfer’ only (Within the set payment deadline –
Please refer to Article 5.1)
Account details will be provided upon the ‘Account Holders’ payable invoice.
‘Account Holders’ can contact our office to confirm the payable account details for
clarity and security purposes.

When making payment, Please use your invoice number as a payment reference.
As an Auctioneer we DO NOT accept any other payment method apart from strictly
Bank Transfer, This includes: Cash, Cheques or Card Payments of any kind.
(Article 10.1) Payment Deadline
Wellsbright Auctions, Set a payment deadline on all lots listed within the sale, Set
payment deadlines for each individual lot(s) will be listed in the ‘Lot Description’
(Article 10.2) Deposit Request
Wellsbright Auctions, Reserve the right to request any ‘Account Holder’ for a deposit up
to £2000 to be paid by bank transfer upon request, Which will either be deducted from any
Lot(s) Purchased or Refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days.
The ‘Account Holder’ can also request that Wellsbright Auctions retain any deposit for
future Registrations or Purchases.(Article 10.3) Late Payments
Should the payment deadline be exceeded by the ‘Account Holder’ Wellsbright
Auctions will apply a 6% +VAT ‘Late Payment Fee’ onto the ‘Account Holders’
overdue account balance.

This 6% +VAT ‘Late Payment Fee’ is charged at a daily rate, 7 Days a week. (Including
Holidays)
(Article 10.4) Payment Deadline Exceeded In addition to (Article 10.1 &
Article 10.4)
Wellsbright Auctions & it’s ‘Vendors’ reserve the right to withdraw any lot(s) purchased by
the ‘Account Holder’ having failed to settle their account in full by failing to comply with
the set payment deadline.
This will ultimately deem the ‘Account Holder’ responsible for the ‘Auctioneers’ losses,
Including Buyers Premium Commission, Special Condition Charges, Administration Fee,
Auction Entry Fee, Hosting Fees, Storage Fees, Late Payment Fees, Logistics Cost &
any other costs incurred.
Should the following be actioned by the ‘Vendor’ - Wellsbright Auctions will be
instructed to issue the ‘Account Holder’ with a refund of funds held on account minus
the ‘Auctioneers’ losses as advised above.
(Article 11) Buyers Premium Commission
Each individual lot will carry a ‘Buyers Premium Commission’
Applicable to the ‘Hammer Price’
This will differ from lot to lot, So it is the ‘Account Holders’ responsibility to conduct
their due diligence and refer to the ‘Additional Fees’ tab on each individual lot for
clarification on the ‘Additional Fees’ which are applicable.
All ‘Buyers Premium Commission’ charges are subject to VAT @ 20%.(Article 12) Administration Fee
Each individual lot will carry an ‘Administration Fee’

lot(s) this would incur the following charges:
Cancellation Fee, Charged at the rate of the ‘Buyers Premium Commission’ applicable
to each Lot (As shown within the ‘Additional Fees’ Tab) Re-Auction Fee: £199 +VAT
Administration Fee

Any Cancellation will fall solely to the ‘Auctioneers’ discretion, Should the Cancellation
option not be provided then the ‘Account Holders’ Invoice for any deemed purchased
lot(s) will be payable in line with the set payment deadline.
(Article 15) Viewing & Inspection of Lots:
Wellsbright Auctions, Welcome and strongly encourage Viewing & Inspection to all lots
listed within any ‘Trade Only Auction’
This allows all potential buyers to fully satisfy themselves prior to bidding.Wellsbright Auctions also allow and encourage any ‘Account Holder’ to organise their

Buy Backs, Renegotiations or Contributions in full or partial if buyers should be
dissatisfied with any lot(s) purchased throughout the sale.

(Article 29) Non Payment:
Should any ‘Account Holder’ not settle any outstanding payable invoice and clear their

Wellsbright Auctions will have no other alternative but to issue a ‘Statutory Demand
Bankruptcy Order’ on the ‘Account Holder’ as well as any linked associates or Limited
Companies linked to the ‘Account Holder’ to recover the outstanding funds.
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to issue such proceedings to recover all losses
incurred by any sale not being completed, Wellsbright Auctions would also apply for
any LegalFees, payable interest and any other costs that maybe incurred.

Wellsbright Auctions , may offer VAT refunds to overseas buyers on any lot(s) purchased.
However, This is subject to the ‘Account Holder’ providing proof of Export & Re-
Registration via Email & Post.
The ‘Account Holder’ must also provide a full VAT Registration Number to be eligible to
request sucha refund.
Any VAT Number provided must be the VAT Number directly linked to the ‘Account
Holder’ or Company details located on the buyers invoice.
All account details, Invoice details and Export Paperwork details must match, there can be
no amendments made to Accounts, Invoices or Paperwork once any lot has been sold.
Correct documents must be provided within a 3 month period of the date of
purchase shown on the ‘Account Holders’ invoice.

All overseas ‘Account Holders’ must pay any applicable ‘VAT Charges’ with no

The ‘Account Holder’ is liable for all bidding activity when bidding either ‘Online’ or

Any lot(s) purchased will only be available for Collection / Delivery once the ‘Account

(Article 10.1) Payment Deadline
Wellsbright Auctions, Set a payment deadline on all lots listed within the sale, Set
payment deadlines for each individual lot(s) will be listed in the ‘Lot Description’
(Article 10.2) Deposit Request
Wellsbright Auctions, Reserve the right to request any ‘Account Holder’ for a deposit up
to £2000 to be paid by bank transfer upon request, Which will either be deducted from any
Lot(s) Purchased or Refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days.
The ‘Account Holder’ can also request that Wellsbright Auctions retain any deposit for
future Registrations or Purchases.(Article 10.3) Late Payments
Should the payment deadline be exceeded by the ‘Account Holder’ Wellsbright
Auctions will apply a 6% +VAT ‘Late Payment Fee’ onto the ‘Account Holders’
overdue account balance.

This 6% +VAT ‘Late Payment Fee’ is charged at a daily rate, 7 Days a week. (Including

(Article 10.4) Payment Deadline Exceeded In addition to (Article 10.1 &

Wellsbright Auctions & it’s ‘Vendors’ reserve the right to withdraw any lot(s) purchased by
the ‘Account Holder’ having failed to settle their account in full by failing to comply with
the set payment deadline.
This will ultimately deem the ‘Account Holder’ responsible for the ‘Auctioneers’ losses,
Including Buyers Premium Commission, Special Condition Charges, Administration Fee,
Auction Entry Fee, Hosting Fees, Storage Fees, Late Payment Fees, Logistics Cost &
any other costs incurred.
Should the following be actioned by the ‘Vendor’ - Wellsbright Auctions will be
instructed to issue the ‘Account Holder’ with a refund of funds held on account minus
the ‘Auctioneers’ losses as advised above.

Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to (Charged 7 Days A Week, Including Holidays)
charge a daily ’Storage Fee’ of £70 +VAT
This charge will be applicable 3 days after winning any lot(s)

Storage Charges are to be settled prior to release of any lot(s) for Collection / Delivery.
(Article 26.1) Lots In Storage:
Wellsbright Auctions, Reserve the right to re-offer any uncollected lot(s) to recover
outstanding ‘Storage Charges’
*PLEASE NOTE*
Any lot(s) which have been in ’Storage’ after 60 days will automatically be deemed
‘Abandoned’by the ‘Account Holder’ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
(Article 27) Vendors:
All lots listed can be entered from the following ‘Vendor’
Private Owner, Trade Entry, Company Direct, Finance Company, Main Dealer, Finance
Repossession, Salvage, Seized Goods Etc...
Wellsbright Auctions , Can assure each ‘Account Holder’ that all of our ‘Vendors’ have
been thoroughly vetted by ourselves and have surpassed all authenticity checks
conducted.
(Article 28) Refunds / Buy Backs / Renegotiations
Wellsbright Auctions & it’s trusted ‘Vendors’ – Advise that there will be no Refunds,
Buy Backs, Renegotiations or Contributions in full or partial if buyers should be
dissatisfied with any lot(s) purchased throughout the sale.
Please refer to (Article 15) for Viewing & Inspection Terms, As well as (Article 23) for any
‘Wellsbright’s Remarks’
(Article 29) Non Payment:
Should any ‘Account Holder’ not settle any outstanding payable invoice and clear their
account in full within the ‘Payment Deadline’ advised within the ‘Item Description’ &
‘Invoice’
Wellsbright Auctions will have no other alternative but to issue a ‘Statutory Demand
Bankruptcy Order’ on the ‘Account Holder’ as well as any linked associates or Limited
Companies linked to the ‘Account Holder’ to recover the outstanding funds.
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to issue such proceedings to recover all losses
incurred by any sale not being completed, Wellsbright Auctions would also apply for
any LegalFees, payable interest and any other costs that maybe incurred.
(Article 30) Abandoned Sale:
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to deem any lot(s) abandoned by the ‘Account
Holder’ should they fail to settle their account in full for any purchased lot(s) within the
set payment deadline, Refer to (Article 10.1)
Any lot(s) would be deemed abandoned should account balance in full with 7 days of any lot(s) purchased.

The following actions would be taken by Wellsbright Auctions ,
*Any funds already held on account will be forfeit in lieu of the outstanding debt*
*Any funds owed towards the outstanding debt once the sale has been deemed
abandoned by Wellsbright Auctions, will be attempted to be recovered by the lot(s)
being resold by auction process without reserve, if the sale price should exceed the
debt, any overpayment would be returned to the defaulting ‘Account Holder’ by way of
Cheque, Which will be made payable and forwarded to the details provided on their
buyers account*
*Should the sale price fall short of the overdue debt, Wellsbright Auctions reserve the
right to escalate actions to recover the remaining debt balance*
(Article 31) Buyers Account Block:
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to temporally ‘Block’ any ‘Account Holder’ from
any further bidding activity at any stage, either Before, During or After any sale.
(Article 32) Buyers Account Ban:
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to have any ‘Account Holder’ permanently
*BANNED* from any further bidding activity throughout WellsbrightAuctions.co.uk,
iBidder.com or BidSpotter.co.uk for non payment of invoice – Refer to (Article 29)
(Article 33) Important Sale Information / Terms & Conditions:
Wellsbright Auctions , Reserve the right to amend our ’Important Sale Information /
Terms & Conditions’ at any given time without notification to any existing ‘Account
Holder’
